^Lot 1699 WWII PERIOD UNSIGNED ADOLF HITLER PORTRAIT.

A nice example of a WWII period waist up portrait of German Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler. The portrait shows Hitler in his preferred Political Leader's uniform with a brown belt featuring an over-the-shoulder strap and a frame buckle. He is wearing a matching Political Leader's visor cap and his awards from WWI. The gold frame measures 18 1/2" x 14 1/2" and the sight size of the painting is 15 1/2" x 11 1/2". CONDITION: both the painting and the frame show light wear. Paint colors are still sharp and the painterly quality is quite good. (02-25024/BF). NON-GUN. $1,000-1,500.
